Constructed in 1906-1910, the Hellman Building, along Main Street and 4th Street in downtown Los Angeles, is a six-story, Beaux-Arts style structure designed by Morgan and Wallis architects. The exterior of the building remains substantially intact. Its sixth-story windows rest on a spiral molding with bays clad in red stone punctuated by terra cotta tablets and wreaths.

The Hellman building was converted into 104 lofts with ground-level retail home to Big Man Bakes, Salon on Main, and the OBD Market & Deli.
